It is time you start looking out for yourself now.
You can't keep hanging on for someone who no longer is decent and respectful towards you.
You should still be curtious and respectful towards people you don't like.....even more so towards the people you have history and previous bonds with.
You have been honourable throughout this situation...and you should be proud of how you have behaved.
