Thanks friends. She can go blow if she thinks I can get another $100 + in sales. I told her yesterday to close my party since that's all I could get in orders. So today I ordered my free stuff and that's it. All done. Amazingly the house is still spotless from the party and I hope D and I keep it this way! I realize I love it uncluttered! I'm off to Walgreens now to see if they have any skeletons for D's diarahma project! I'll be back later folks!
Hi all, I'm on lunch and going to smoke and then start my online traffic class. (BOOO!) But wanted to stop in and read about everyone. Sounds like a pretty peaceful day for those that I normally follow, so that's good!
Yesterday H actually called as he said he would! I was shocked when the phone rang! We talked for a bit. D asked if he can come see Bev Hills Chihuahua with us on Friday and he can't due to work. Then asked if he can come to the pumpkin farm with us on Saturday and he said he would. I was surprised! Ofcourse that can change between now and then, but so far its set that we'll go after my C appt on Saturday. Hopefully this is just another small step for him. I will make sure I have my happy face on and bit my tongue for when I want to R talk.

Okay, at work getting in some overtime. H emailed me at work cancelling. He said he messed up something at work and has to fix it. Said he'll call later and let me know about it and asked if we can do the pumpkin farm tomorrow. Ofcourse I'm wondering if something really did happen at work or if he's just chickened out spending the day with us (me).
FG it is just part of the process. Don't let it get you down. Either you wait and see if he he wants to do it on Sunday or you go today without h, or you go Sunday with or without h.

That's exactly it GG. I have to bite my tongue. I hate being the one that always has to tell D that her dad isn't coming again. Sucks! I'm thinking she and I will go for a bike ride in the forest preserve after my C appt.
What I do FG is I don't tell the kids until h is on his way or something like that. I just make plans for the day and then it's a bonus if h joins us.
I have less of these issues now, but before I had to always say well dad won't be joining us and that gets old, so now I have learned not to say anything until h is on his way and then say hey kids dads on his way and will be coming along.
That way h is NOT a dissapointment to the kids only to me.
