If it's just a sig they need, can you forge her signature? I do that all the time with checks, taxes, etc... Always with my husbands permission. But, if she can't show up just to sign papers, you might want to call and say, "This paper needs to be signed asap. I understand you're really busy, so if you want, I'll forge your sig on this. But, you need to let me know, because your claim will be denied if you wait too much longer." Just a suggestion.
