I have been on the proverbial rollercoaster with the GF, whom I have fallen in love with while trying not to, and have let it blow up on me. Quite possibly for the last time.
I now have reason to believe she's cheating on me.
Will someone remind me if letting go and making space is DBing and or walking away from problems.
I have apoligized and made changes in the way I was acting but i'm afraid I finally ruined it beyond repair.
I don't know what to do...
Crap it's as if I was married all over again and now i'm feeling like an abused animal, Skiddish and no Trust!!
Yet that's caused some of the problems.
