If he thinks he can't run his business without her, there's a problem right there!! She's his secretary right? Guess what, they are a dime a dozen.. no offense to any secretary's out there, but everybody is looking for work and if he really wanted to he could fire her. He is in the private sector, all he has to do is say that her working there is interfering with his marriage. If she sues him there is a VERY small chance she would win. Those types of lawsuits only get won when the business is federal, government or some other municipality. Not that someone couldn't sue for Sexual harassment, but she would have a hard time trying to prove that, given the fact that she's part of it.

He just doesn't deserve you. plain and simple.
