Well he called my work today to ask me for the third time if I had decided it was okay for him to have D on Friday nights and I told him for the third time yes. He went on to ask if I had called our insurance agent about splitting our insurance policies and I told him I had left her a message and she'd probably called back, but I was bad about my voicemail last week. He responded with "well you were the one that was so worried about getting that done"...rest of convo went like this:

Me: No, it was you that wanted it separated...you told me you wanted EVERYTHING done with and separated.
Him: Hmmm...I thought it was you
Me: Nope
Him: Ohhhhhh....it was the bank account I was thinking of that you wanted my name off of
Me: Yes, don't worry...I'll split the policies as soon as possible and get screwed in the process
Him: Why would you get screwed?
Me: I told you...two tickets in one year...I could only do traffic school for one...the insurance agent said if my policy has to be reevaluated by rates will go up.
Him: Well, I'm fine with waiting until the policy is up for renewal.
Me: Really?
Him: Yes, maybe by then the ticket will be off your record
Me: I hope so

I ended the convo graciously and told him to have a good night.
