Perk up girlfriend. Mike has left us a whole cooler full of beer. Let's drink a few, (ok more than a few), have some laughs, and get this party started! I love yoga and it is the best stress releaser I can think of (ok well I can think of a few others..ahem). So get your butt in their and enjoy!
