LoL!! I'm not saying my place was a pigsty but it was never Sparkling!! Now it is getting there I am learning to never go to bed with dishes in the sink and trying to pick up after myself more. My biggest thing was that I would always undress around the house and there would be a bra on the couch the rest of my clothes on the bathroom floor.
Since Monday night I have completly straightened up the Livingroom, Kitchen, Hall closet, Bathroom and the about 1/2 the Bedroom. I went through all the drawers in my dresser today and the last final step is the bedroom closet...AHHHHH. But my goal is to have it all done by the end of this week.

You know what is soo crazy I could have sworn I did a post earlier but I guess I didn't hit enter. LoL. I must have Xed out of it when someone walked into my office!!
Anywho...tonight will be one full week with NC from H. Shockingly I'm not feeling too bad about it as I have been so busy anyway. He hasn't gone this long in awhile but I will make no assumptions as to why...and I will still wait it out for a bit.
I have been really good at my goal of keeping the house clean this week!! I am so proud of myself and the apt. I just have to make time tomorrow to finish the bedroom closet then my place will be clutter FREE!! Woo HOO!!!
I went to the bookstore on my lunch break to get the book "The Secret" and while I was going there I was thinking how great it would be if it was on sale...and guess what?? 30% off for being on the best-sellers list!!! And I actually did a 180 and asked someone for help finding the book (I HATE asking for directions/help and usually insist I can do everything myself).
Ok so enough of my rambling. Over-all it's a pretty good day I am still in a really good mood especially since it's Friday!! I work tonight and then have the weekend off.

Yeeaayyyy!!! Last night at work I keep thinking how I wished I could go in for a few hours on Sat so I could have a better paycheck next time...well before leaving to go home I asked the manager what days I was scheduled for next week, another girl said "hey she doesn't have to work on Sat??", the manager looked at me and said "would you mind coming in for a few hours tomorrow?, You can see how busy it is..", So of course I said sure what better training then on the busiest day of the week. So I was able to get 5 extra hours for my next paycheck!!!!
Still no word from H, whatever let him deal with his crap..lol. Tomorrow I have to help BFF with her mom's b-day finish cleaning my closet and study for my exam so I have a lot of my own things to keep my mind off of everything.
Awwww Daisy, thank you!!! I really do have a good overall feeling about the outcome of this situation with my H. I just have to be patient and let him work through whatever is going on in his head. He needs to deal with it without me for once. Whenever anything happened to him I was always the one that came to the rescue to help him figure everything out and find a solution and even actually do the work and fix everything for him...so this one it's pretty hard to take a step back but I need to. He is almost 30 years old and he needs to be an adult and learn responsibilities.
I actually like the job so far..it doesn't actually feel like work!! Everyone so far has been very nice and I can't wait to use the discount.
