Thanks! I promise I'm being good! I'm only on IM for work, and we are on the same program, so I don't want to block him or anything. I didn't take the bait on discussing the relationship, and I was away for an hour before responding, so I'm feeling pretty good now. I'm talking to Jody in 90 minutes, so hopefully she'll have some good ideas about next steps. I am not going to jump on the positive email and get all gushy with him, BUT I do want to reward the effort in whatever way is DB-appropriate as it's the most I've seen from him in 3 months!
