Levity goes along way in my life. Somewhere I lost it and know I have found it again. Life is good, even when it is not.

I have also forgotten the things I learned at work. One minute you are here, the next you are gone. Sometimes it is something that you do and sometimes it is something that you have no control over. Either way, the next moment may be your last. So find the enjoyment in the moment that you are at now, no matter how bad it is. There may not be another.
