Good suggestion by Sunny. Wow, it could range from a normal interview to one of those quirky new agey kinds. Just be who you are and know you are good at what you do and if it works out..Hey that's all the better.

You need to know:

What type of benefits they offer

How many vacation/sick days are there

What annual raises look like

Hours/time of day that will be required of you

what is their goal for the job you are applying for

are you replacing someone or is this a new company position

if this is a replacement for someone can you find out why?
