As far as interview questions, I can't imagine that they change too much overall thru the years.
Sometimes I think they present questions to see if they can bait you into a negative response or see if it's easy to throw you off. Kinda like men do when they're first dating you to see how you respond, so answer with something positive.
There are probably great tips online of you google interview skills.
