I am pissed at the system. However, the evaluator only makes a recommendation - the judge may see it differently and say BS to the evaluators justification. You L should be able to help calm you some now and let you know if your still have a chance for 50/50.
BTW... I bet the evaluator has a picture of that metrosexual man Joe Biden somewhere in their office.
