I hear ya MWG! My savings account hasn't ever had much in it but it's now down to $22.00 left and my checking account is bone dry with too much of the month left.
Can't find gas here anywhere either. Some problem with the pipeline that feeds metro Atlanta (or so they say!) but every station is out of gas and cars are running out while looking for gas.
Yep--so many no longer have savings and I have heard that about the gas out your way.
We have not seen any problems our way due to the hurricane but probably because we get most of our gas from CA. Do I dare say our prices are down to 3.29 as of yesterday afternoon?
