We are in a new erra where collection agencies are sue crazy. I had one show up on my doorstep for some bill from years ago that h and I didn't owe.

They took us to small claims court. H and I fought the issue and won. It's ridiculous and these collectors won't give up the fight whether they know the bill is a mistake or not.

Yikes! Sounds like things are getting worse for your h.
