Now - he's threatening, but that doesn't mean he'll follow through. His lawyer will probably tell him it's not worth pursuing. When he complains about his financial problems, just admit that yeah, divorce is very tough financially on both parties - at least HE has OW to help him with expenses, while you have no one - yet
