The only thing she said when I said I needed to get a pair of pants was "One pair?" Which would lead one to believe that she noticed that what I had didn't fit any more.
I think I will not wear the plaid shirt and the navy trousers 'til next Saturday evening, when I go out.... to the bookstore, or something exciting like that!
