Hey Jeff! Wow, well done, you actually never had a coke agaon.. I remember all those convos way back when about how hard it would be to give up sodas.. and you did it! And lost weight, thats brilliant. And also sounds like you have made a big dent in tidying your room up. I sort of cant quite believe all the progress you have made, and also the rest of us. Feels a long time ago that we were all sat on the PC 24/7 feeling stuck in ourselves.

Hmm... how about this? Go try on some different styles of pants and "pants" (wink wink). Then tell us the sizes/styles.
All your "girls" can send you packages to your house with girly handwriting on the address labels. Let your W wonder why all these ladies are sending you pants, or better yet, "pants"??

Hi Jeff... In terms of shirts. I think a long sleeved Oxford is a small vertical strip would look good. Try tones that bring out the colour of your eyes. And clothes that you can mix and match. Fossil has some nice ones.

I like a button down shirt with loose fit jeans. Turn the cuffs up on the shirt and you are good to go. Good luck with the shopping. I am with you on that one - I hate to shop. Do it online when you know your size. Having packages arrive will up the curiosity and be easier on you too!
I got these: Trousers in khaki and navy. And I got a long sleeved blue plaid shirt, a pair of shorts for golf, and a light green polo/golf shirt. I also got a pair of Wranglers (relaxed fit) a couple of belts, and a new wallet.
I was quite pleased, as I was trying the trousers on, they didn't fall off! The 36" waist that I was wearing was way too big, I bought 34", and they fit nicely. (I think that at my worst, I was wearing 36, even though 38 probably would have been right). I'd like to get down to 32 by the time I'm done.
I think I'll be able to get the room rearranged tomorrow, with a little luck, and a little more motivation! I think I can even squeeze in a round of golf first! I am pretty convinced that it is burning some calories, even with a cart. On top of everything else at the doc the other day, my blood pressure was lower than it has been since I can remember, and my pulse was down much lower than it has been. I used to have a low resting pulse (I think), and now it seems to have returned!
