I haven't changed any traditions my kids have grown up with. I was the one who did all the work while married, so I just kept it up.
I still make clothespin cookies for Christmas, but I've considered giving that up since it takes so darned long. I still have a tree decorating party/dinner the week after Thanksgiving where everyone unwraps their own ornaments and puts them on the tree. I still fry a turkey and roast a turkey (for stuffing).
We still don't open gifts until Christmas morning. Oh and I still go shopping on Black Friday.
We still have a Chocolate cake and a coconut cake on February 13th each year for the boys' birthday.
Hmmm. most of my traditions are about food! Luckily my kids are skinny.
