Find out if you can how far gone she is. Men with low sperm counts can oft get a woman pregnant but as you know yourself...the chances of miscarriage are very high. Any time from 7 - 13 weeks is dodgy even if she is pregnant as the sperm are also unlikely to be healthy and so the embryo doesn't develop properly - that's why IVF is so much better for guys with low sperm counts - they use the healthy ones.
