Yeah, the judge saw right through X and I was awarded "everything" that was owed to me plus interest and A's fees. However.......now, I still have to retain my A to get it as he stated he's unemployed.
Soooooooo...I'll talk to my A next week and we'll determine how to proceed but I'm thinking we'll be going after his business next or non-business as he doesn't admit to owning it.
Thank you everyone for all of your support. This has been a really nerve wracking ordeal for me for several months now.
Lots more to tell you about my court time (3 hrs) but it'll have to be later as I'm off to the Johnny Appleseed Festival in Ft. Wayne!!! Lots of crafts, pies, soup, entertainment.
