Hey T !!! WOW!!!! Gosh, I am so happy for you !! THis is incredible. I love that he called back as well after his other call, thats a baby step right there. I also agree with kalni, I was thinking how interesting, that of all his friends, and musician friends, it was your opinion that he valued and maybe you were the one (or only one?) he could be honest with about his doubts and fears? And to show you his weakness like that and share it with you.. I also thought like Essie etc, that maybe you should have said, you can do it! But after your explanation, I can see that you were handling it in an informed way.

I can see this is a really positive step. I would say, dont call if you feel sick, plus he only called yesterday (?) so maybe leave it a little longer? (but not too long!). You may not be able to handle things *so* well, if you feel a bit rundown. Plus, if you call him when you are sick.. that shows you are very needing to talk to him...generally, I dont call my friends when I am sick, until I am feeling much better...

SOOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU !!!

Al xxx (get well soon!)

T, how did you leave it? Was he due to call you or you him? If he was to call you let him just do it and then answer him if he does. If you are supposed to call him you could either text him and say you are sick and you will call him on (name a day) if that is ok with him or you could just call. I see no reason for sickness to hold you back unless you have to get off the phone to puke or something - not attractive. However if you have a bit of a sexy throat thing going on, that could be quite fun!

Hope you are feeling much better T!
You could either wait or call him today. Do whatever you think is right - I think you are 'safe' enough that you cant make a mistake in re-connecting.
If you are sick only call if you can still be happy and fun! (And flirty!). Otherwise its a great valid excuse not to call him, and then you can apologise when you call him in a few days time.

Totally makes sense about the violin vs. viola thing... I knew you were normally very encouraging and positive, so I just wondered what I was missing, but it makes total sense now, and I'm sure he really appreciated being able to talk it through with you.

Go Flirty T!

I am going to call him when I feel better... just so I can pay more attention to what he's saying.

meanwhile I am just resting and drinking lots of fluids and gorging myself on 30 rock!

WOW Lovely Melon Girl!

That was an amazing conversation with B!! HUUUUUURRRRAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!! I thought all the babysteps were really encouraging, and the way he came to you for your advice was awesome. It shows how good a job you did when you saw B recently of making him feel comfortable, and of listening.

Will you text him to let him know you're not well and will call when you're better? Just a thought so he doesn't wonder why you've not called back. Unless you've already called, of course, and are enjoying a violin/cello duet as we speak!

Hey T!
Glad you are better.. to think you'd be at a place where you are sending him an email to tell him you are sick as HE was expecting you to call him! Life is funny hey.

Please register on FB and load up your playing !! We would love to hear you...
