Hey Beth,

Thanks for those encouraging words! It's good to hear from you who have traveled this road successfully and survived! I appreciate your offer and as time goes on, you never know if I might need your help. Thank you!!!

Yes, the sacrifice is definitely a big part of it, but honestly, I'm having SO much fun that it's not even funny. It's weird, because I'm one of the most unathletic people on the planet, but I'm a sibling to a sports nut and have given birth to one as well. God has a terrific sense of humor!

Speaking of sports, we had a cool surprise this morning. D14 and I were walking out the front door of the orthodontic's office building. I was happy with my coffee and noticed her staring at the ground while she shuffled along (it was shortly after 8 am on a no-school day - need I say more?). I told her to look up. She asked why. I told her, "Cause Chris Iannetta is 10 feet in front of you." She looked up to see our gorgeous catcher and we both looked him in the eyes and smiled. I wanted to say loudly, "Nice Grand Slam, hunkalicious." But I didn't. That certainly woke HER up this morning, though. And I'm not compaining either.

Have a great weekend!
