You will likely pass over Maine on the way to NYC. Flights that have to unload unruly passengers often land here - we are the first American airport with a runway long enough for the big jets. I'm sure you won't be unruly, but be sure to wave as you pass by, and have a GREAT trip!

I am finished packing. Earlier I was out and my phone kept ringing. I did not pick up until the third time. It was xH. He started chatting, small talk and at a point he asked what time I am leaving my home. I told him and because he is supposed to pick up the kids I told him there is no hurry, the babysitter will be here. He said and I quote "No, it's not that I want to sleep in, I want to come early to see you and say good bye"...
So I asked what the h$ll is going on? He said "it's the first time you go so far away and I am worried and feel weird about it". I told him I dont understand that. He never cared when we were married why does he care now that we are NOT. He said "but you never left before, you only went to Rome and that was very close, I was the one leaving all the time". I told him "ok, thanks for remidning me all the times you were leaving to go on trips and the fact that I havent been travelling although I love it. The rest is BS now. Cut it, I am busy, bye". He tried to continue the convo and brought up a letter I left for my kids the first time I left them and made fun of me. I just said bye and ended the call. So, my xH is feeling weird. And I am feeling nothing. Except maybe I realise he is really not ready for the "divorce procedure" as he calls it. We are going to have fun when I come back. I know it. K
