Whhhoooppppiiee! on the weight loss and the test results. That is great news, my friend.

Ok, I just have to nag a little bit. First, great job on the paperwork. But the few bits have to find a home, and it cant be the inbox on the desk. Stick them in a folder and file them - please.

OK! I'll put that stuff in a folder at the front of the drawer, so I know where the stuff that is "active" is.

(((((Jen)))))
I don't know what me goal is! I'm thinking 165, though 160 and 170 are not out of the question. I see the doc on 4 weeks, I might ask his opinion!

(((((GF)))))
Thanks! Again, it has been great to have you guys along!

(((((Kalni)))))
Maybe Ouzo, though the martini bianco sounds pretty good! Something cold, with good company!

Six months is sneaking up! I would not have believed that if you'd told me!

Yes, it is time to go shopping! There's a lot of tugging going on! They were "snug" before, but they are falling off now! Sometimes a bit scary if I have my hands full!

If you had told me I'd go this long without a Coke, even teh day before I started, I would have bet against it! I am stunned!

Today is an off Friday, and the weather is beautiful! I think I will golf, then work on the room and do laundry! The room really is getting closer.... rather shocking!

Time to nag For the love of God man go buy some new pants. Your pants are falling off and you've been talking about going shopping for at least a month. You need to look good to show off the weight loss.

I told you I'd nag didn't I?

Oh good a "nagging thread"
I haven't had a god nag for years- apart from work!

Maybe your harem could take industrial action or would that be cheeky? oh no thats jeff whose being cheeky over here we call it builders b**.
New pants, new pants, new pants, Naej chanting and waving placard--see I came out of hibernation just for you Jeff.

3 pairs 1 for best 1 for casual and 1 pair real tight to display the goods. just saying ;\)
