Jill-- I was so sorry to hear about your daughter....it is a scary thing to go through, but she has your example and will be ok. You know that. Is it fair that she has to go through it? Of course not. But maybe this is a side of him that she has to see, now that she is old enough to process it all.
You can love someone and still not agree with their actions.
I think the xanax idea is a sound one. I'll be taking them next Fri for BIL's wedding. Also, see if you can get there early and catch up with your A, get a chance to see the venue, etc. Remember to BREATHE...
