Hey Kevin..

What makes it hard to sleep? What can you do to change that?

I know sometimes I get caught doing repetitive things because it allows me to zone out.. that being numb seems like a better alternative. When I do stumble to bed I'm exhausted, I've been up too late and the morning comes all too soon.

My current tricks are to turn the computer off before going to bed. When it's really bad, I give up on sleeping in the bed and go watch some catastrophic event on TV... I don't know why that eventually lulls me to slumber.

Sometimes getting lots of hugs from my daughter helps immensely.

Perhaps it comes from having a severe lack of touch in my life. But you already do massages and pedicures.

Maybe going to a physical therapist could kill two birds with one stone. You get your physical pain taken care of and touched at the same time!

Let me know if you need more helpful suggestions.

*hugs*
