Hi guys...I found myself lurking today and reading up on you all but I didn't post anything. I felt the need to step back a bit I guess.
Today xh showed up to get D and we were both still in bed I put my arms around him once and he went to hug me too but then D came around the corner and he stopped He woke D up and waited for her to get ready whule he printed some material for his evening course. He went downstairs to get a coffee and brought me one too.
He saw that I was reading The 5 Love Languages (I left it on the table last night with that intention). I told him it was a good book and he thought the title was a bit quirky. He read the back of the book and thought it was kind of funny. I showed him that I had highlighted some parts and he thought that was funny too. He's not a big lover of self help books or of counseling for that matter either. I told him I thought his LL was WOA and I tried to explain what that was. His dialect is actually kind words (I think) and told him Ds was giving and receiving gifts. I asked him if he wanted to know what mine was and he said sure. I told him I thought it was QT but when I took the quiz I actually got 11 out of 12 on Physical Touch. He told me he only wants me to act "normal" lol! He was very sceptical of the concept but I hope he might pick it up at some point. He is almost finished The Four Agreements and he told me I should read it again so that was a hit. I told him I was planning on doing that.
So nothing much here. I'm heading out in about 40 minutes to the pub night (this will be the last Thursday night for me since D starts school next week and xh has a course on Thursday nights)
