Well, I went to visit the doctor this morning, after getting lab work done last week.

All of the liver stuff that led to the biopsy, and the specialist, and the other excitement is normal!

My fasting blood sugar was a tiny bit high, but my longer term measuremet (A1c for those who it means something to) was 6.3, they wanted it under 6.5.

My total cholesterol is not too high, though the "good" is a little low, and the "bad" is a little high.

So, on the whole, it looks like I'll live!

We are going to give a different AD a go for a bit, it is Cymbalta, if I remember correctly.

And my weight on their scale was 180, I'm sure it was about 198 on the same scale this spring, wearing similar clothes.

I finished a first pass though the pile of paper on the bed, and created quite a fire hazard for the trash. Tonight, I'll get the files out, and hopefully get it all put away. Of course, there are the few bits that don't have a home, but need to be kept, I'll probably use an inbox on the desk for stuff like that.

I'm going to be in the lab doing the dreadfully boring test runs this afternoon. Hopefully I won't fall asleep!

HUGS!

HAPPY THURSDAY!
