No, you guys didn't do anything! As I have been GAL in real life and focusing on restoring my M, my time available to keep up with the alternate universe is limited. When I checked on fb a little while ago, there were all these "hi's" and requests and I felt bad - didn't want to seem like I was snubbing anyone. So I turned off my account to reflect my activity there.

I've been following my old friends here, but not posting much. Things are still going well. W is sick with the crud but otherwise her spirits have improved from a few days ago. The passion of the honeymoon period has appropriately settled down, but W's earnest efforts continue. XOM has been silent for some time now. Maybe he has finally gotten the message.

Miss you still, though! I had some interesting things over the weekend--emails from H. If you get a chance, take a look and give me your perspective. Hey, maybe you could ask W what she thinks--no never mind, that would blow your cover!!! LOL

Well, we bought our land. Nearly 4 acres in a new development adjacent to a large wooded undeveloped land trust with hiking/biking/x-country skiing trails and only about 10 minutes from work. We both love it and are starting to talk to builders. Hopefully the old house will sell before winter but it feels so much like our old failed M, I don't think either of us would consider it "home" again. The excitement for the new place to me is as much excitement for the new M we have now. Yea!
