Thanks for checking in, first of all!

I'm walking again.. I even talked to a guy who jogs around the track while we're walking.

I'm going for the Reiki training tomorrow and will be volunteering using that skill.

I went out and did girlie stuff for me that always makes me feel better.

I'm sending 'blessings' to him when I feel myself start to get annoyed and angry with him. That helps immensely.

I talk to friends on a regular basis.. some more than others.

I talk less about the divorce and him, listen more to what's going on with other people.

I smile more.
