I've been trying to get inspiration from your thread and do some of my own cleaning and decluttering. I am making a very little progress, but I thought that taking down the curtains in the living room and washing them would be an easy thing to check off my list.
Well, my over zealous washing machine shredded my curtains. Now I have curtain strips. Can that be a new design?
I was also thinking of leaving the open air no curtain look for a while, and also putting the couch on stilts. Then H would have a room with a view.
No real advice from me except don't wash your curtains.

(((((Donna))))) Making more progress.... I have all the paper off the desk and onto the bed for sorting! There are still some "knick-knacks", a locomotive, some screwdrivers, a Compact Flash card, and some "junk" on the desk, but it is looking a lot different! I hope to get the sorting done tonight, and putting away tomorrow. Someone will be surprised! Me, if no one else!
