Welcome back twinhope. I am sorry to hear that your uncle passed. With everything else going on you wonder how much you can take. I have been failing the DB thing the past few days and going back to my lovely depressing self. Today was much better. It does say in DR book that if you see a DB technique not working or spouse getting mad - stop immediately. I did send the e-mail to my H today because he must have said 10x that I did not care about the marriage and had what I wanted. I did the truth dart. He did send me an e-mail back and said 'that's ok", I did not respond and have not brought it up tonight. Try to work out a 180 or something to get your point across without being needy.
