Barb, It feels like fall here today too. My eyes and nose are all itchy, my feet are cold and I have this yen for oatmeal. Oh yeah, the eyes and nose thingy is my allergies. Gosh, I love fall. NOT!!! It means winter's right around the corner. I'm a summer kinda girl. OK, off to find my fall wreath and switch out the summer one that's on the front door.
K: I would LOVE to have you visit the cottage. Now, how about getting over the fear of flying? It is a really easy one to conquer.
what?? lol you are mistaking me for SE! I am not afraid of flying, not crazy about it but not scared, I have a fear of NO MONEY! lol let me find a job first, then i'll plan a trip lol
Oh I say leave on his b.day! We have spent a Easter on a cruise and a 4th of July! the only holiday I would really want to be home is Christmas.
Ohhh so fun B I am envious! Hopefully soon I can plan a Cruise,OR a trip to NY and Canada to see peoples!

Yep, need to do that too. My pink boughs (double doors) are looking passe. I plan to use my autumn dish for cookies this afternoon for the ladies group. I need to NOT eat any. I lost 2 lbs. I am on a roll!

I'm going to NYC for the American Thanksgiving (Canadian one is in a couple of weeks). I have not been to NYC since Ashley was 1 year old and modeled there.
I'm meeting up with K from Cali (you know her) and her sis and family from Buffalo. They are both former Miss New Yorks. They will show me around. And I'm taking Ashley. She has been a couple of times recently too. And I really want to see Ground Zero - sad as that is - but I think it is important. My marital bomb happened at the same time as 911. On that day I learned of OW (saw the cel phone bill) and when everyone was scrambling to comfort family, my ex came over for Ashley's birthday and to pack his things in front of her - what a guy!
I dont fly cause they have this stupid rule you have to PAY for plane tickets LOL

I sooo want to go to NY, always have, think in another life I lived there and loved it, maybe Sienfelds neighbor or one of the SATC girls. My sis visited NY a few years ago and loved it and visited ground zero.
Do you do this? I have noticed I do, BH and AH, or BK and AK, things that happend in your life before your D or after?? I had to think back last week if K was w/ me during 9-11 and yes he was, but I had to think, was I married then? weird.

Autumn hit here too today Barb. Who would have thought a high of 78 in SC this time of year.
I just told FL that once he squared away his kids he could actually start thinking about himself and here you are proving just that. You took a risk and its paid off. Good for you.
I'm flying to Vegas on Sunday for a working vacation. I have some classes to attend but our new owners will be there and I really want to hear what they have to say so I can make my decision on whether to stay or leave. Of course, my sister will meet me there so it's a working vacation for real.
I'm sure it will get past 90 degrees again before it gets cool for good. I love fall and spring. I love those seasons in the south.
HT: I LOVE Vegas. I always have such a great time there. Need any restaurant or show recommendations? My fav show is "Love". And I like brunch at Mon Amie Gabi at Paris.
I'm back to the cottage tommorrow. Ash just got back from a couple of days there. Said it was cold. YUCK. But the forecast is for dry, sunny weather. That I can handle.
