this is my first time not seeing my wife in a few days....in new jersey.....cried on the way here though....staying at my brothers in the bed her and I shared. But she says 'the fire went out'. life goes on

Shes in a very emotional place right now. Keep your focus on you and your 2 yr old and be the best dad you can. She will have to get herself together before she can do anything or make any rational decisions. Maybe going home will be the best thing for her.
Do what you have to do for you. Don't let her dictate what will be done with the house, if you can afford to be there and keep it, do so...if you WANT to.

well folks just got back from vacation for a few days at my brothers.......the nephew was asking me where his aunt was, why we weren't living together.....had to sleep in the guest room where W and I stayed at Easter.....tough stuff but more room for me in the bed this time thanks for all the advice.......I came back to town and W was sick with a cold so I went over and cleaned up the house a bit for her (war zone) and took care of the boy....he missed me
