If I may...your kids are giving you an awful lot of information about your ex. Are you sure you want them to report this sort of thing to you? First, it gives you thirdhand information and second, it puts them in a bad position.
May I suggest only going with direct communication that you experience w/your ex? I know you say you do not care about H's reaction, but at the same time, you seem to take what kids say quite willingly.
What if you ask them not to report things like this to you any more?
