Wow!! Hey guys!! All my friends! I had no idea I would get such great kudos from you all. I am so sorry I cannot answer each one of you individually but my eyeballs are ready to fall out after many meetings, classes and a grad school class to boot! (I think I told you I am back in school, too..for a third degree..yikes!)

I love, love, love my job. New Guy (aka Not so new guy..liked that one!) has helped out so much this week. I actually came home to an organized bedroom while he watched the kids Tuesday afternoon. I had laundry baskets galore and he sorted the clothes, folded them in piles, put them in the guest room, and cleaned my bedroom. I almost fell over! \:\)

I had night school TWO HOURS AWAY Wed night..took a two hour class and came back. New guy drove me. He did work in his truck while I went to class. He said it is our date night so we can talk while he drives me!

I can honestly tell you all..that I had no idea men like this existed!! My ex used to throw his clothes on the floor and YELL AT ME that the house was a mess. CRAZY!

And, my ex is being nicer than nice to boot..almost weird nice. So funny..when they are nice it's considered "weird". lol

Kids good. My son played in his first football scrimmage yesterday and played the entire game. He is huge. Just turned fourteen, 6'2" and built like a brick. He has a few bumps and bruises but I think he is okay. I cannot believe how much he has changed in a year.

My D11 is the best. She is so organized it's scares me. So funny what she learned through my crisis. I had to step it up and get on the ball with paperwork, appt., bdays, etc., when I started to work so I guess I became alot more oraganized now that I am divorced. Funny how my daughter is so different from my son through all of this. She was younger (7) when my ex left so she really is more independent than son. Good to see how positive things come out of a D too.

Off to go take the work clothes off and get this weekend started! Movie night here with New Guy and his D9. Hopefully, I won't pass out before dinner..:)

Thanks so much for posting, all. It really does get better..
hugs,

MTN

Hi Spitty! Thanks so much for the visit! How are YOU doing??

Mermaid, my pal! How are the girls, your life, your job? Are you still in school? I need to swing by your thread!

I am so sorry I haven't been able to visit anyone but my weeks are CRAZY! I work full time now and I take grad school classes two hours away ONE WAY one night a week. By Friday, I am ready to sleep on the sidewalk!

Mermaid-you asked me about The Boss. No, I haven't seen him personally lately but I did go his concert at Giants Stadium in NJ over the summer and it was AWESOME! I suppose I may see him once the tour ends around town or something but I don't go to the gym with him anymore. He switched to a gym further away and it's too far for me. Every now and then I see him at the local ice cream place or at a music store. It's so funny to see him doing everyday things just like you and me. I met him at the gym and he was all tired and sweaty like the rest of us so when I saw him as the Rock Star persona on stage it was funny. Then, I would see him back at the gym the next day and he would be talking about his kids, his aching back, whatever..So funny.

All is going well with school. The students are terrific which makes working at a community college so interesting. You get such an array of people in class and they write about the most interesting things. In fact, one of my "kids" has a mom who is a paranormal investigator! He told me of one freaky story yesterday that made me shake in my shoes!! lol

Okay, off to rest--then it's grad school work to do. No kids this weekend so Not So New Guy and I are going out for a quiet dinner and rent a movie at home..AHHHHHHH.....

Have a great day, all.
