It appears that San Antonio is going to miss a big part of it. Probably get some good rain and wind.

Since I'm working AGAIN tomorrow, the girlies are going to spend the night at grandma's tonight. That gives me tonight open again.

I was invited to go to Bennigans tonight. Last day for my friend M who is leaving for Boston soon. Told her I'll show up. B invited me to go with her and K to that Cowboy bar. I think I'll be skipping that.

For some reason, don't feel much like doing anything. We'll see.

Be safe. I saw that huge storm around you guys. Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Missouri. Jeff should be seeing some of that.

Tomorrow should be interesting for us. The city is preparing. Galveston is getting pounded already. I can see wind kicking up here already.

Don't feel like doing crap today. I guess I DIDN'T do crap all day. 10 minutes to go till 6.

Wife just responded to my email, from about, ohhhh about seven and a half hours ago.

"The girls are fine, I am getting ready to head out, Miguel got his phone confiscated at school and I need to go pick it up. I have to drive him to Boerne for the football game, what time are you getting off, don't want to leave the girls alone any longer. You can call me my phone works now. I got here 1 min after my scheduled time, so I was ok.

I've talked to them all day. At least 5 or 6 times. Like I do everyday.

I forgot that last night, as I was trying to wake up D6, wifey had a radio on in the kids room. Country music. The kitchen is right next to the room. I guess she was listening to it. That song I posted a while back came on.

It's about a 45 minute drive from my house to grandma's. Way easier to let them spend the night. Also gives them a chance to be with their grandparents. Not a whole lot of other time to spend with them, so the folks appreciate the time with them. Mine are their first two grandkids out of only three.

Yeah, the thing tonight is a work thing. Other co-workers going. Not just a her and I thing.
