I don't think like that. It does make sense and that is where people get confused that you are being a doormat. It's never wrong to love unconditionally. What's wrong is when you show love, but have expectations that the person should respond a certain way.
Look at the love that Jesus poored out. He never once questioned whether he was doing the right thing.

I understand what you are saying about the lying but we just have to put faith in God that HE will take care of this in His own time. I truly believe that to be true.
We have to look past the ugly stuff or it will eat us up.
