Keep doing what you are doing with the D's. As has been told to me by others, be their ROCK they can rely on. It is showing and the D's notice it! This is HARD AS H3LL ON THEM and they have NO FRIGGIN SAY IN ANYTHING. Sorry, but that is the thing that infuriates me the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
