Sawks, what would be the purpose of removing w from your list of friends? Isn't it your goal to be her friend if nothing else? Don't do anything to hurt her. At this point anything even simple will look malicious.
Ladybug, This is probably not very relevant anymore, but I had the same dilema with FB and my W as a friend. I decided I would remove her from my list of friends when I kept getting notifications about the guys that she was adding as friends.
She emailed me a day later asking why, so I told her I didn't need the constant reminders of new guys she may or may not be involved with. The reverse is also true. I just didn't think it was healthy.
Red, Just my opinion, but I tend to agree with the others here. Seems quick to be changing status to 'in a relationship'. I think I'm in a similar spot, but I intend to test the waters for quite a while and keep things very casual before settling into another relationship. Of course fate has a way of screwing up the best laid plans...
