Trip, it's the military. Just get some surplus fatigues, mod 'em to fit your style, and show up dressed in those and leather. Not a single person would complain.

Really short shorts w/fishnet stockings. 4" black patent leather heels. Cut off the sleeves of the shirt, don't button any buttons and tie it together right above the navel. Then, how bout a pin-up girl hair style and put some sparkly red/white/blue stars on a little hat? This could really catch on, ya know???
