Today is hard as I used to live in NYC. My W and I lived in the West Village and were there on 9/11. I just sent W a text saying "remembering today...with you". She sent me back a smiley face. That pretty much sums it up for us. Yes, I know it's better than nothing but it seems like we are at the end of the line with possibilities of R. She just seems to have moved on without a single regret.
