LWB, You need to float on to the alternate universe.
Earlier you were talking about the finances of divorce. It's sad that a divorce not only causes great emotional pain, but also financial pain. It makes you wonder how in the world it is worth it to them to give up a family, a home, and financial stabililty. I wonder how long it will take them to realize all of this.
Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are. -- Bernice Johnson Reagon
H has been working hard around the house, repairing, painting, etc.
Today he asked me to hold a board while he nailed it. I couldn't hold it, too heavy. At one point, he told me to let go, I let go, and the board almost crashed down on my head. He jumped in, and let it hit him instead. He was very frustrated, hot, angry, etc (also, this morning, I AGAIN turned sex down) and he yelled. Loudly. At me. Not nice things. I walked away. He hasn't apologized.
Then the mail came and our divorce will be final on October 16th. That's fast. So fast.
