Soooo I was checking my email, and did not realize that H actually sent me an email last night. It seems the neighbor is still calling animal control and using them as a harassment tool, its a long story but suffice to say that Texas laws are really strict re: pets. Anyway, he sent a complaint about the animal control investigator who came out, and forwarded it to me so I could peruse it.
Ummmm...what is the deal? It just amazes me that this is all happening. I am not reading into it, but it just seems like we are getting back to friends...
