I noticed that before. It's Scary. I think he has a superiority problem. He thinks people should treat him with respect because he thinks he is above all of us. This is a trait that my father has. He goes from good guy to Ahole on a dime when he thinks that someone is treating him like he is beneath them. You can see it in Phil when he thinks he is the best multitaker and IT guy. He thinks he know everything about religion. He thinks he is a great father. He thinks he is treating his W the way she should be treated and that no woman is above him.

I would guess that he thinks that it is his job as a man to put women in their place and one of the reasons that he gets so freaked out is that it is often women on the board that are telling him what to do.

I feel sorry for his W. I'm glad the mood towards him changed.
