good morning CB. I weighed in at 284 this morning--of course I was fully dressed, in a sweatshirt, so I am pretty sure it is high.

My stomach is a mess right now. I will have to force myself to eat so I do not get worn down.

Going to take the boys for a walk in a little bit. I need to get out of the house.
