You're not a cheechako anymore if you made it through the winter of '83-'84! \:\) You only have to make it through one winter to be an "honorary Alaskan".

I was there from 67-70. I want to go back and visit. We use to go camping every weekend at Nancy Lake....out by this dinky little town called Wasilla. And I mean dinky! Guess everyone will have heard of Wasilla by now, thanks to Sarah Palin.

Going back to Alaska is on my Bucket List.
