My problem is the reaction. Something small may get me thinking...then my thinking goes over board and then I flip out. He's told me so often that I think I know everything but in reality I know nothing of what's going on or how he feels.

Hi, I just came to join the party. I think we all do a 'flip out' once in awhile. I'm sure you can get it under control. With my detaching this week, I decided to write how I felt & reacted when my H & I were friends, then dating then married. (I posted it on my thread).
