Since OM left and they had a falling out over the pregnancy she has done a 180 in terms of how she acts around me. I can almost guarantee she still wants a divorce though. No way to tell without bringing it up and getting shot down. Maybe I should wait a bit ?
I would definitely agree with that - but if she wants it and you do not, I would NEVER bring it up. FWIW

That you don't want a divorce, and that you are there for her, is implied, she knows it, and it's shown in your actions. To SAY any of those things is pursuing and needy/grabby.
BC, her move back toward you is still all about HER at this point -- her rejection by OM and her need to be comforted and rescued from the message she's created. Is it NOT likely about you yet.
